The Grahamtown Team is offering Beginner Yoga to anyone looking to exercise or live healthier. The exercises are for everyone and even those that may not be able to stand long. Come and get healthy and learn breathing, stretching and a variety of exercises for the whole family. To support the cost of this program we ask that you donate $5 weekly for the classes, but don't let that deter you. We want families in Grahamtown and throughout the county to participate. Join us for 45 min - 1 hour of movement and exercise.
Taken from the book Cracked Wheat
"Gussie Mae stumbled onto the Warren Farm in the hills of North Carolina. She was tired, broke down, and needed a place to make a new start. Chad Warren, owner of Warren Farm, provides Gussie Mae shelter in return for labor. When it is discovered Gussie Mae has powers to heal the sick with herbs and roots, she is soon bestowed the title "Root Woman." Gussie Mae becomes a critical part of the Warren family life along with many other farm workers. The story of Gussie Mae in "Cracked Wheat" is sure to leave you with tremendous anticipation of what will occur next."
