HOUSE FOR RENT!!!!
The Grahamtown Team is working to revitalize the Grahamtown Community in Forest City, NC. Our goal is to build 25 new homes, remove the blight, build safe spaces for youth and seniors and to make this community beautiful. We can only do this with the help of those willing to be a part of the process.
We are building one house at a time, helping our homeowners, providing programs for youth and growing the most beautiful community garden in Forest City, but we can't change everything at one time. Everything takes time and when we ask you and your family to be a part of reviving our community, we understand that the neighborhood has challenges at the moment, but we are working to beautify every part.
We have an affordable 2BR home for rent at $800 per month, this home is eligible for qualified tenants of low-moderate income and able to keep the home clean, the yard neat and does not have pets or smoke.
If you are interested in this home, we want to work with you, please call Bridges Property Group office at 828-748-8801.
Thank You
It is the mission of the Grahamtown Team to plan, support, educate, and execute opportunities to enrich the quality of life for the Grahamtown community.
The Healthy Homes Community Revitalization Program provides an opportunity to revitalize the many abandoned and dilapidated properties in the Grahamtown community; with the help of many supporters we are able to acquire, repair and/or rebuild homes and make them affordable for families with low - moderate income. We are able to assist homeowners with urgent needs, provide housing and financial literacy sessions and develop a streetscape design that will represent the culture, history and legacy of families in this community and their contributions to this area.
